Czerska 8/10 belonging to the register of associations, other social and professional organizations, foundations and public health care facilities of the National Court Register under the KRS number: 760539; tel. 694 401 246, e-mail: fundacja@wyborcza.pl of:

my personal data provided here in the form for the purposes necessary to carry out the donation and service my person as a donor (consent required),

my personal data provided here in the form for informational, educational and marketing purposes related to projects run by the Foundation as part of the statutory activity of the Gazeta Wyborcza Foundation by mail, e-mail and telephone (consent is not required to make a donation).

Personal data processing clause:

Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.04.016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) we inform that:

The administrator of your personal data is the Gazeta Wyborcza Foundation with headquarters in Warsaw (00-732) at ul. Czerska 8/10 entered into the register of associations, other social and professional organizations, foundations and public health care facilities of the National Court Register under the KRS number: 760539; tel. 694 401 246, e-mail: fundacja@wyborcza.pl

Personal data will be processed for the following purposes: (1) billing related to donations and support of the Donor person, and (2) information and education related to the statutory activities of the Gazeta Wyborcza Foundation based on the following legal grounds: art. 6 clause 1 letter a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (consent) and art. 6 clause 1 letter f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (legitimate interest).

The recipients of your personal data will be: banks, online payment operators and other entities related to the implementation and settlement of donations as well as companies providing hotline services, courier companies and entities cooperating with the Gazeta Wyborcza Foundation in campaigns and information and educational projects.

Your personal data will be stored until the consent is withdrawn, the settlement of the donation is carried out, and after that period for the period during which the law requires the storage of data or for the period of limitation of any claims.

In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the following rights:

1. a) the right to access data content, the right to rectify data, the right to delete data, the right to limit data processing;
2. b) the right to withdraw consent to the processing of data by the Administrator at any time. The consent may be withdrawn by the application sent and e-mail address: ……….. or by post. The data processing carried out until the consent is withdrawn remains lawful;
3. c) the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body (the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data) if it finds that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation.

Providing personal data by you is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the purpose referred to in point 2.
